Job Requirements
- availability to work first shift, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to tolerate heat, cold, and use of cleaning chemicals
- no prior experience required
- willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willing to learn culinary techniques and food safety standards
- previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare large quantities of food in the morning
- follow recipes created by the executive chef
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- manage kitchen equipment safely
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
