Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Open availability preferred
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
  • Must comply with food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers
  • Passion for food service and excellent customer service skills
  • Adaptable and reliable worker who promotes a healthy and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, grill and present a variety of hot and cold foods efficiently and accurately for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events or catering
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
  • Prepare food and serve customers requesting a la carte orders and/or operate a grill station, fryer and other kitchen equipment
  • Arrive to work and report for assigned shift on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform other tasks as assigned which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
  • Collaborate as part of the team to reduce food waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
