Job Requirements

  • Availability to work varying shifts including days and hours, open availability preferred

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Up to 2 years of relevant food preparation or cooking experience valued
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to varied responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold foods efficiently for meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events/catering
  • Read, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
  • Prepare foods and serve customers ordering à la carte, and operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work regularly and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may vary by account based on business needs and client requirements
