  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, grill and present a variety of cold and hot foods efficiently and accurately for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events/catering
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
  • Prepare food and serve customers who order a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned and vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
