Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, grill and present a variety of cold and hot foods efficiently and accurately for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events/catering
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
- Prepare food and serve customers who order a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned and vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
