Job Requirements

Have prior experience as a line cook or prep cook
ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
be flexible and able to rotate between stations
possess or be willing to obtain a food handler certification
availability to work weekends and holidays
maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
close weekday shifts by 3 PM and weekend shifts by 4 PM

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant
knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
ability to prepare and present dishes according to restaurant standards
strong multitasking skills to manage multiple stations
positive attitude and strong work ethic
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and presentation standards
maintain food safety and sanitation protocols
keep kitchen stations clean and assist with dishwashing and back-of-house tasks
work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
be flexible and able to rotate between stations
comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
support the team with positive attitude and strong work ethic
