Job Requirements

- minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook in luxury or fine dining restaurants
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations

- follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist in inventory management and stock control
- participate in training and development programs
- contribute to a positive working environment by supporting team goals
