Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with grills and food preparation
- ability to prepare multiple orders safely and efficiently
- know how to use and properly clean grill, grinder, and fryer
- ability to work friendly and effectively with team members
- willingness to obtain ServSafe certification within first 30 days if not already certified
- reliable transportation
- experience cooking breakfast and lunch items on flat-top grills in fast-paced kitchens is essential
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in restaurant or food service
- solid knowledge of culinary techniques and preparation methods
- ability to maintain quality under pressure
- good communication and teamwork skills
- knowledge of menu planning and dietary requirements is a plus
- skill in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
