Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a line cook, preferably in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of culinary ingredients and cooking procedures
- Ability to work under supervision and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items on assigned stations
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service
- Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and stock supplies for the kitchen
- Follow established recipes and menu guidelines
