This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise located at 4021 Powder Springs Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchise is a separate business entity responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, dismissal, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees. McDonald's USA licenses its brand and menu products to this franchisee but does not partake in the employment decisions at this location. The franchisee is the sole employer and responsible party for labor matters, ensuring all workplace management is handled internally within the franchise operation.
