Job Duties
- Serve as primary receptionist for the Cambridge Office Building welcoming and assisting visitors professionally
- Manage room reservations and calendars for conference rooms and shared spaces
- Answer and direct phone calls manage emails and sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Serve as primary contact for IT service requests facilitating timely communication and resolution
- Serve as primary contact for Facilities service requests for shared spaces
- Provide clerical and operational support to the Budget and Finance organization
- Arrange meetings and assist with routine conferences including ordering meals and coordinating catering
- Ensure visitor access to other floors as needed by coordinating or granting entry
- Coordinate deliveries and direct them to appropriate recipients
- Order and maintain breakroom supplies ensuring inventory is tracked and replenished
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling for breakrooms and conference rooms
- Maintain clean and organized reception area and shared spaces
- Identify opportunities to improve office operations and proactively address issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
