Job Duties

  • Serve as primary receptionist for the Cambridge Office Building welcoming and assisting visitors professionally
  • Manage room reservations and calendars for conference rooms and shared spaces
  • Answer and direct phone calls manage emails and sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Serve as primary contact for IT service requests facilitating timely communication and resolution
  • Serve as primary contact for Facilities service requests for shared spaces
  • Provide clerical and operational support to the Budget and Finance organization
  • Arrange meetings and assist with routine conferences including ordering meals and coordinating catering
  • Ensure visitor access to other floors as needed by coordinating or granting entry
  • Coordinate deliveries and direct them to appropriate recipients
  • Order and maintain breakroom supplies ensuring inventory is tracked and replenished
  • Coordinate maintenance scheduling for breakrooms and conference rooms
  • Maintain clean and organized reception area and shared spaces
  • Identify opportunities to improve office operations and proactively address issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
