Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday 2:00pm-11:00pm shifts

Job Duties
- Set up mixer and enrober equipment (valves, heat, blower, doors, etc.) at the start of each shift
- Flush coating lines and mass pump to ensure coating is free from water before production
- Follow exact formulas to mix coating and gelatin, ensuring product consistency
- Keep ingredient bins full to prevent production delays
- Clean and flush mixer, lines, and enrober with water at the end of each production run
- Perform regular checks on enrober equipment (approximately every 30 minutes) to ensure proper function
- Complete the Operator Coating Weights Worksheet
