Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Valid food and beverage service worker permit where required
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and point of sale systems
- Must meet minimum legal age for bartending in the jurisdiction
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- Food and beverage service worker permit, where applicable
- Display knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of drinks to guests
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow all food and beverage service regulations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience
- Operate cash registers and process payments accurately
