Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in candy making or baking preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong manual dexterity
- Good communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

- Ability to follow and adapt recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Good customer service skills

Job Duties
- Produce sweets and baked goods for Coast Candymakers and Sweet Stop
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests
- Mix and cook candy ingredients by following, modifying or formulating recipes
- Assist in the steamer bakery to create desserts and rolls
- Support banquet and other outlet production as needed
