Job Requirements

  • Ability to execute at a fast pace
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
  • ability to maneuver sales floor, shelves, and stock room including climbing, bending and kneeling
  • ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • ability to meet Coach scheduling and availability expectations including nights, weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic days
  • 1-3 years previous retail experience preferably in luxury retail
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills
  • physical ability to perform job tasks
  • willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays

Job Qualifications

  • college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of retail experience preferably in luxury retail service
  • knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
  • knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and internet
  • ability to use walkie talkie
  • ability to read price and product release sheets
  • strong customer service orientation
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a smile and eye contact and offer your name
  • interact genuinely with customers
  • determine customers' needs by reading cues
  • conduct email/name captures where permitted by law
  • maintain accuracy operating POS
  • keep cash wrap organized and clean
  • suggest add-ons and sell gift cards
  • maintain cash and POS media in compliance with company policy
  • thank customers genuinely and provide a reason to return
  • represent the Coach brand appropriately
  • receive shipment and transfers
  • notify Store Management of new product arrivals
  • scan cartons/transfers verifying store information
  • communicate discrepancies to management
  • process shipments/transfers within standards and timeframes
  • organize and clean stock room daily
  • shift and organize product to accommodate sell through
  • manage stock levels in stock room and sales floor
  • prepare and conduct regular cycle counts
  • participate in store physical inventory counts
  • maintain Company Loss Prevention standards
  • analyze sales floor for replenishment needs
  • replenish sales floor or assigned zone
  • execute visual merchandising needs reacting to sell through
  • support sales floor activities as directed
  • communicate product information effectively to customers
  • respond confidently to customer requests and partner with team/store management
  • uphold housekeeping standards
