Job Requirements

  • must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • not enrolled in any classes remote or on-campus during the duration of the program
  • must be able to work 16 consecutive weeks
  • must be able to come into Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta 2 to 3 times a week
  • must be able to commit to three rotations prior to finishing undergraduate degree
  • strong team player
  • detail oriented
  • perform well under pressure
  • convey professional image to all levels of associates
  • proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • must be willing to travel as required

  • familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • experience with simulation, modeling, and statistical analysis software

Job Duties

  • resolve product and project issues and risks
  • perform extensive data analysis and collection
  • identify process improvement opportunities
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to support divisional goals
  • prepare and deliver capstone presentations to division leaders
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials
  • support the Customer Engagement Centers through behind-the-scenes assistance
