Job Requirements
- must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- not enrolled in any classes remote or on-campus during the duration of the program
- must be able to work 16 consecutive weeks
- must be able to come into Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta 2 to 3 times a week
- must be able to commit to three rotations prior to finishing undergraduate degree
- strong team player
- detail oriented
- perform well under pressure
- convey professional image to all levels of associates
- proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- must be willing to travel as required

- familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- experience with simulation, modeling, and statistical analysis software
Job Duties
- resolve product and project issues and risks
- perform extensive data analysis and collection
- identify process improvement opportunities
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to support divisional goals
- prepare and deliver capstone presentations to division leaders
- maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials
- support the Customer Engagement Centers through behind-the-scenes assistance
