Job Requirements

  • currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • available for at least three alternating work terms including Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • commitment to safety and operational excellence
  • detail-oriented and proactive
  • ability to work flexible hours if needed

Job Qualifications

  • currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as aviation management, business, engineering, or computer science
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • effective communication skills
  • proficiency with data analysis tools
  • interest in aviation operations and technology
  • experience with SQL or IT development is a plus

Job Duties

  • assist in developing fuel strategy and sustainability policies
  • support operational planning and customer experience initiatives
  • contribute to pre-flight planning and in-flight monitoring
  • develop IT solutions including SQL queries and perform UAT testing
  • manage project activities related to employee engagement and safety campaigns
  • analyze operational data to improve decision-making
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational reliability
