Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Ability to commit to a coordinated on-campus schedule four days a week
Eligibility to work in the United States
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as aviation, business, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Effective communication skills
Interest in aviation operations and regulatory environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative

Job Duties

Support the Program Managers as we attempt to improve the quality and throughput of our processes
Support the Delta Legal team with permits, new country/destination filings, and whatever issues may arise in foreign countries
Design and implement process improvements that support the Quality team in Flight Operations including SMS and Quality Audits
Expect more autonomy and a capstone project that benefits Flight Ops with a focus on automation and cross-functional efforts
