Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must have authorization to work in the united states
- possess a high school diploma, ged, or high school equivalency
- must commit to three alternating co-op semesters
- cannot take other courses during co-op semesters
- consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Job Qualifications
- currently enrolled full-time pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics/statistics, economics or related quantitative field
- experience or demonstrated interest in data analysis and coding preferably sql
- strong organizational and project management skills
- robust verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work well in teams
- proficient with microsoft windows and microsoft office suite including excel, word, powerpoint, and access
Job Duties
- conduct learner insights and advisory based on pilot feedback
- track and monitor pilot performance against feedback
- perform ad hoc data analysis supporting training curriculum changes
- develop and refresh training analytics dashboards
- expand topic modeling to identify training themes
- support pilot training journey mapping and strategy development
- assist in standardizing surveys and implementing new data collection methods
