Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited institution
Available to work alternating semesters as required by the co-op schedule
Able to comply with Delta's work location and hybrid schedule policy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to engage with various departments and teams
Commitment to learning and professional development
No concurrent enrollment in classes during co-op terms

Job Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with business analysis and process improvement concepts
Interest in aviation or related industries
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in technology and software relevant to business operations

Job Duties

Actively participate in team activities that aim to holistically develop co-op
Partner with multiple divisional stakeholders in a Business Analyst role to define business/process improvement opportunities, assist with the development and maturation of recommended solutions, and implement initiative tracking methodologies
Support Delta's global innovation initiative through applications of creative design concepts to evolve stakeholder approaches to problem and solution design
Support project leaders on technology programs with external vendors and Information Technology teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and implement resolutions in a timely manner to minimize impact to the operation
Think, design, and create innovative solutions to support project teams in improving the pilot work experience
