Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program - bachelor’s degree in-progress
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Exposure to analytical and reporting software
- Ability to anticipate and plan for competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate with pilots regarding proprietary, confidential, legal, complex, or sensitive issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Consistently prioritize safety and security

Job Duties
- Assist with pilot rotation and schedule updates and maintain DBMS data and personnel files
- Provide analysis and research for Crew Resources, OE training planning and scheduling strategic initiatives, and support ALPA reporting
- Identify required types of training for all pilots returning from leave status or awarded through an Advance Entitlement
- Provide customer service to pilots, Chief Pilot Offices, Labor Relations and ALPA by responding to inquiries sent to Crew Resources email and answering phone calls requesting category and staffing information
- Maintain accuracy and distribute pay protection to pilots
- Ensure pilot assignment files and job codes are accurate
- Keep pilots' Vacation Training and Sick files (VTS) and process all requests to block pilots' schedules
- Identify and create new or improved processes to support changes in the operation
- Familiarize quickly with topics including the Pilot Working Agreement (PWA), Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), DBMS, SAP, and OSS
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
