- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
- strong curiosity for business processes and continuous improvement
- ability to commit to a 3-semester rotation with the same team
- effective communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- interest in aviation industry preferred
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program such as industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience or coursework in business process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools considered a plus
Job Duties
- Identify, visualize, analyze, and optimize business processes
- support the development of Knowledge Management content such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Glossary of Terminology and team pages
- apply industrial engineering and 6 sigma principles to business processes
- provide customer service to pilots by responding to inquiries sent to Crew Resources and distributing pay updates to pilots as applicable
- identify and create new or improved processes to support the changes in the operation
- assist in identifying manual processes, providing innovative and new ways of completing tasks to provide efficiencies in all areas of pilot pay
- assist in the delivery of new tools, content and communications
- utilize business process documentation and knowledge to support new hire, recurrent, and new delivery technology training
- commit to a 3-semester structured rotation with the same team, fostering continuity and deep collaboration throughput the co-op experience
