Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or GED
- must be 18 years or older
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours per day
- flexibility to work 50 to 60 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- ability to analyze profit and loss statements
- ability to recruit and select team members
- ability to set goals and implement action plans
- willingness to accept feedback and improve
Job Qualifications
- minimum of high school diploma or GED
- some college preferred
- minimum of 5 years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- strong leadership skills
- knowledge of labor laws

- demonstrated ability in financial analysis and team development
