Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk up to ten hours per day
- willingness to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- minimum five years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- knowledge of labor laws
- ability to analyze profit and loss statements
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving and feedback acceptance
- ability to set and implement goals
- ability to cultivate positive workplace culture
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant
