Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk up to ten hours per day
  • willingness to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • minimum five years supervisory experience in food service or retail
  • knowledge of labor laws
  • ability to analyze profit and loss statements
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving and feedback acceptance
  • ability to set and implement goals
  • ability to cultivate positive workplace culture

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant
