Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- some college preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- at least 5 years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours per day
- availability to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of labor laws
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to problem solve and accept feedback
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
