Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • some college preferred
  • minimum of 5 years of food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • proficiency in profit and loss analysis
  • demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
  • knowledge of labor laws
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • leadership skills to manage and motivate team
  • passion for hospitality and guest service
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to adapt to new systems quickly

Job Duties

  • staff the restaurant timely and efficiently with carefully selected team
  • ensure the restaurant environment is safe for both team members and guests
  • oversee orientation and onboarding processes
  • write and implement shift leader development and performance plans
  • make all final hire and separation decisions
  • create team member schedules considering availability and costs
  • audit operations and develop improvement solutions
  • perform financial analysis and control cash, property, product, and equipment
  • build sales and control labor and food costs
  • maintain operational standards and communicate with district management
  • coach, mentor and develop high performing team members
  • ensure compliance with risk management and company standards
