Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum of high school diploma or GED
- some college preferred
- minimum of 5 years of food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- proficiency in profit and loss analysis
- demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
- knowledge of labor laws
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- leadership skills to manage and motivate team
- passion for hospitality and guest service
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to adapt to new systems quickly
Job Duties
- staff the restaurant timely and efficiently with carefully selected team
- ensure the restaurant environment is safe for both team members and guests
- oversee orientation and onboarding processes
- write and implement shift leader development and performance plans
- make all final hire and separation decisions
- create team member schedules considering availability and costs
- audit operations and develop improvement solutions
- perform financial analysis and control cash, property, product, and equipment
- build sales and control labor and food costs
- maintain operational standards and communicate with district management
- coach, mentor and develop high performing team members
- ensure compliance with risk management and company standards
