Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- At least five years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Availability to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong initiative and assertiveness
- Ability to problem solve and accept feedback
- Ability to set goals and implement action plans
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED

- At least five years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong leadership skills with proven abilities in team management and motivation
- Experienced in analyzing profit and loss statements
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, and develop staff
Job Duties
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership for restaurant operations
- Hire, train and develop team members who align with company mission
- Maintain a safe and efficient restaurant environment
- Create team member schedules considering sales volume and payroll
- Manage restaurant financials including budgeting, auditing, and cost control
- Ensure operational standards and company policies are upheld
- Communicate effectively with staff and management across the organization
