Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Some college preferred
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders to inspect and reach supplies
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to ten hours per day
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work 50 to 60 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to accept feedback and willingness to improve
  • Ability to create and implement action plans
  • Ability to foster a positive restaurant culture

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership experience managing diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant
  • Hire, train and develop team members aligned with Wingstop's mission
  • Ensure staffing levels meet sales demands while managing payroll and overtime
  • Create and maintain a positive restaurant culture through respect, recognition and reward
  • Audit operations and develop solutions to improve performance
  • Control cash, property, product and equipment
  • Monitor budget, cost trends, and financial targets
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance needs to facilities department
  • Coach and mentor team members using company tools
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and labor laws
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the restaurant organization
  • Manage scheduling and team performance plans
  • Foster a safe working environment for all employees and guests
  • Drive sales growth and control labor and food costs
  • Represent the brand culture and mission to Serve the World Flavor
