- two years experience in retail management or related field
- ability to supervise and develop management and hourly associates
- knowledge of company policies procedures and legal regulations
- ability to monitor and improve financial and operational performance
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- willingness to participate in community outreach and represent the company

Job Duties
- assist in hiring training and mentoring associates
- monitor compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- oversee safety operations and quality assurance
- participate in community outreach and represent the company externally
- monitor financial performance and assist in budget management
- support food safety standards and merchandise quality
- contribute to membership and sales growth by building member relationships
- assist in directing club operations and resolving member issues
- model and promote quality member service and merchandise presentation
- coordinate job-related activities and assignments
- provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
- ensure compliance with ethics integrity and company standards
