  • two years experience in retail management or related field
  • ability to supervise and develop management and hourly associates
  • knowledge of company policies procedures and legal regulations
  • ability to monitor and improve financial and operational performance
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to participate in community outreach and represent the company

  • experience with big box retail merchandising preferred
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to analyze reports and manage budgets
  • knowledge of compliance regulations and safety standards

Job Duties

  • assist in hiring training and mentoring associates
  • monitor compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • oversee safety operations and quality assurance
  • participate in community outreach and represent the company externally
  • monitor financial performance and assist in budget management
  • support food safety standards and merchandise quality
  • contribute to membership and sales growth by building member relationships
  • assist in directing club operations and resolving member issues
  • model and promote quality member service and merchandise presentation
  • coordinate job-related activities and assignments
  • provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • ensure compliance with ethics integrity and company standards
