Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail management or related field
- Preferred big box retail merchandising experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret reports
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of compliance, safety, and food safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Competence in member service and conflict resolution
- Experience in community engagement and relationship building
Job Duties
- Assist in supervising and developing management and hourly associates
- Monitor hiring, training, and mentoring of associates
- Uphold company open door policy and resolve associate concerns
- Analyze reports and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Participate in community outreach and represent the company externally
- Delegate duties and manage facility operations including budgeting and standards
- Monitor financial performance and implement plans for improvement
- Oversee food safety standards and merchandise quality
- Support membership and sales growth by building relationships
- Guide associates in delivering member service and resolving complaints
- Ensure compliance with asset protection and safety procedures
- Coordinate job-related activities and build accountability among teams
- Promote a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
