Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in retail management or related field
  • Preferred big box retail merchandising experience
  • Ability to analyze and interpret reports
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of compliance, safety, and food safety regulations
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Competence in member service and conflict resolution
  • Experience in community engagement and relationship building

Job Duties

  • Assist in supervising and developing management and hourly associates
  • Monitor hiring, training, and mentoring of associates
  • Uphold company open door policy and resolve associate concerns
  • Analyze reports and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Participate in community outreach and represent the company externally
  • Delegate duties and manage facility operations including budgeting and standards
  • Monitor financial performance and implement plans for improvement
  • Oversee food safety standards and merchandise quality
  • Support membership and sales growth by building relationships
  • Guide associates in delivering member service and resolving complaints
  • Ensure compliance with asset protection and safety procedures
  • Coordinate job-related activities and build accountability among teams
  • Promote a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
