Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a manager in the restaurant industry
- high personal hygiene standards

- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensure 100% completion of Wendy's training for all employees
- track, execute and ensure all cleaning and maintenance systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- conduct interviews and recommend selection of Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
- train Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
