- assist the general manager in managing restaurant operations

- track and execute cleaning and maintenance systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- conduct interviews and recommend hiring decisions
- train assistant managers, shift supervisors, and crew members
