Job Requirements

  • During each shift, motivate, direct, and coach staff to work proficiently at assigned stations and ensure tasks are completed promptly
  • responsible for supervising all staff including those under 18 years of age
  • abide by all State and Federal labor laws, OSHA regulations, and EEOC requirements
  • enforce and practice all Little Caesars policies and procedures
  • ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet customers' needs and work diligently to ensure satisfaction
  • support the District Manager and General Manager by building sales and controlling costs
  • troubleshoot operational problems and find acceptable solutions
  • ability to lift and move 55 pounds
  • ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
  • ability to use equipment safely and correctly including sheeter machine, VCM, sauce ladle, cheese cups, pan grippers, spatula, pizza and dough cutter, various knives, can openers, pastry brush, scales, microwave, telephone, cash register
  • ability to apply pressure to cut through products and clean equipment/utensils
  • ability to count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory items
  • ability to effectively communicate to customers and co-workers
  • ability to understand directions, instructions and product specifications
  • ability to process and complete customer orders
  • ability to comprehend training materials and practice standard operating procedures
  • ability to use mathematical skills for sales totals, percentages, inventory usage, food orders, employee schedules, cash handling results, and business projections
  • ability to legally drive an automobile adhering to traffic laws
  • ability to supervise and motivate multiple people simultaneously
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills
  • have working knowledge of local store marketing and sales building
  • possess strong management, team building and communication skills
  • be dependable, hard-working and able to work a varied 42-hour workweek in stressful situations
  • possess valid driver’s license and maintain driving record within company guidelines
  • have reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  • provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States
  • work approximately 40 hours with two days off preferably Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday
  • work schedule consists of open to 4 PM or 4 PM to close

Job Qualifications

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • have a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building, and a proven track record of controlling costs
  • possess strong management, team building, and communication skills
  • have experience in supervising or managing staff in a fast-paced environment
  • demonstrate the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • possess basic math skills and the ability to use mathematical operations relevant to sales totals, inventory, and scheduling
  • have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
  • demonstrate dependability and the ability to work varied hours
  • have experience in adhering to safety and labor regulations
  • show problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Job Duties

  • Ensures customers are served correctly and complete orders within service time goals
  • prepares and ensures that all staff are serving consistent, high-quality products to customers
  • achieves the standards for a clean and organized restaurant and staff image as defined in the Little Caesars Handbook, and/or as required by local government agencies
  • recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates potential staff as well as promotes others
  • develops a productive team by providing direction and supervision through the appropriate use of communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills and positively implements change, resulting in low turnover
  • ensures a work environment that is in compliance with government regulations and is safe, secure, and free of harassment or discrimination
  • accurately completes all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end activities as directed by the District Manager
  • performs labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately
  • manages all financial responsibilities with integrity and performs tasks associated with achieving cost control goals
  • maintains frequent communication with the District Manager, General Manager, and Human Resources via Google chats/email
