Job Requirements

- prior management experience in the restaurant industry

Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
- ensure 100% completion of all employee training programs
- track and execute all cleaning and maintenance systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- conduct interviews and recommend hiring of assistant managers, shift supervisors, and crew members
- train and develop assistant managers, shift supervisors, and crew members
