- track and execute all cleaning and maintenance systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- conduct interviews and recommend selection of Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Crew Members
- train Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Crew Members
