- must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

- support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
- identify 5 star talent and schedule team members effectively
- manage daily restaurant operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
- drive sales and profits through effective management
- ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
- complete administrative tasks required by the position
