  • at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

  • support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
  • identify 5 star talent and schedule team members effectively
  • manage daily restaurant operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
  • drive sales and profits through effective management
  • ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
  • complete administrative tasks required by the position
