Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations
- ensure 100% completion of employee training programs
- execute and track all cleaning and maintenance systems
- achieve store objectives
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- conduct interviews and recommend hiring decisions
- train and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Crew Members
