- support the General Manager by coaching the team
- create a fun and inviting work environment
- identify 5 Star Talent and ensure effective scheduling
- manage daily restaurant operations with General or District Manager support
- drive sales and profits
- staff, hire, and train team members
- maintain excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- drive teamwork and complete administrative tasks
