- At least one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
- Identify and schedule 5 Star Talent effectively to optimize staffing
- Manage daily operations and ensure staff performance under the guidance of General or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits through focused operational leadership
- Recruit, hire, and train team members to maintain high operational standards
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness within the restaurant
- Complete administrative tasks necessary for smooth restaurant functioning
