Job Duties
- assist the general manager in managing operations and staff
- ensure 100 percent completion of wendy's training on all employees
- track and execute all cleaning and maintenance systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- conduct interviews and recommend selection of staff
- train assistant managers, shift supervisors, and crew members
