Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven restaurant management experience
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage budgets and control costs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds stand and walk for extended periods bend reach kneel and perform repetitive motions

Job Duties

Lead your team with confidence and positivity creating a culture where everyone feels motivated supported and part of the mission
Own all aspects of daily operations from staffing and scheduling to inventory management and food safety
Ensure guests receive outstanding service and perfect flavor every time they visit
Develop and train team members so they can grow into their potential and deliver consistent results
Drive sales manage labor and food costs and find smart ways to maximize profitability
Problem-solve on the fly stay calm under pressure and turn challenges into opportunities
Maintain Wingstop standards of excellence in cleanliness service and execution
