Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- reliable organizational skills
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic financial knowledge for cost management
- physical stamina for standing walking and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring quality speed and guest satisfaction
- lead and support team members through training coaching and hands-on guidance
- jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
- manage shift schedules inventory and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
- help control costs by monitoring labor waste and food usage
- step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence
- keep communication strong between crew and leadership creating a positive team culture
