Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- reliable transportation required
- valid driver's license preferred
- self-directed and able to work independently
- experience with Alzheimer's or dementia clients is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) credential
- prior experience working with elderly clients preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to provide compassionate care
- knowledge of basic caregiving techniques
- understanding of client confidentiality and privacy standards
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes
- assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- administer medication reminders
- complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- perform grocery shopping and provide transportation to errands and doctor appointments
