Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work within the United States
- Reliable transportation to work is required
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Availability for flexible scheduling including day, evening, and 24-hour live-in positions
- Experience or training in Alzheimer's/dementia care is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Previous experience in senior care or home health is preferred
- Ability to work independently and self-directed
- Basic knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementia care is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Offer both companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Perform grocery shopping and provide client transportation to errands and doctor's appointments
