Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to work is required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia patients is advantageous
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Prior experience in senior care or related caregiving roles
- Ability to work independently and self-directed
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care is a plus
Job Duties
- Offer both companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping duties and meal preparation duties
- Perform grocery shopping and provide client transportation to errands and doctor appointments
