Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum two years of professional administrative experience for Senior Professional or three years for Principal Professional
  • Experience supporting the planning and management of projects or events
  • Ability to manage multiple databases and reporting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with software tools including Survey Monkey, Zoom, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule based in Aurora, CO
  • Commitment to compliance with ACCME standards
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, communication, social science, business, health sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum two years of professional administrative experience for Senior Professional level
  • Minimum three years of professional administrative experience for Principal Professional level
  • Experience in support, planning, and management of projects and/or events
  • Combination of education and related technical or paraprofessional experience may substitute for degree
  • Preferred experience in a university or medical campus setting
  • Familiarity with ACCME accreditation standards and managing ACCME-certified CME activities
  • Knowledge of evidence-based adult learning principles that improve physician performance
  • Proficiency in Survey Monkey, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and other software tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to align and prioritize competing demands and adapt to change
  • Ability to build relationships across organizational levels

Job Duties

  • Build relationships and engage with clients to establish contracts and execute renewals for CME activities
  • Provide high-level oversight and strategic direction for CME certification processes ensuring compliance with ACCME standards
  • Serve as subject matter expert in evidence-based adult learning principles for CME activity planning
  • Direct execution of logistics for CME activities including course development, event planning, travel arrangements, and day-of support
  • Design, prepare, and distribute promotional materials and evaluation tools for CME-approved activities
  • Update and maintain accessible CME materials and archives
  • Process activity evaluations, measure outcomes, and develop post-activity reports
  • Provide oversight and strategic guidance for CME data management ensuring accurate tracking and compliance
  • Assist with accreditation materials preparation including reviews and reporting
  • Develop and distribute surveys and assist with data entry maintaining strong accuracy
  • Learn and manage multiple databases for reporting and data analysis
  • Assist with the identification of internal controls to ensure ACCME compliance
  • Serve as support on ad hoc CME projects and professional development activities
