This position is at a residential community managed by a dedicated property management team focusing on providing exceptional living experiences for homeowners. The property serves as a secure, welcoming, and well-maintained environment, emphasizing resident satisfaction and proactive community care. The role offered is that of a Concierge, acting as the first point of contact for homeowners as well as the community manager. Job Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- Availability to work shifts from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to perform daily walking inspections
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle packages and homeowner inquiries
- Must be onsite during working hours
Job Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and community managers
- Attention to detail for inspections
- Basic computer skills for logging packages and inquiries
- Ability to work shifts including weekdays and weekends
- Reliability and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Accept packages for residents
- Log receipt and delivery of all packages
- Contact homeowners immediately when packages are delivered
- Respond to or forward and track all homeowner inquiries
- Complete building walking inspections daily and monitor building for cleanliness
- Notify community manager of issues needing their attention
- Distribute homeowner notices as needed
- Provide a daily summary of activities and issues, including daily logs and checklist notes
- Report any light outages
- Ensure hallways are clear of debris and obstructions
- Inspect walls and carpets for damage or stains
- Inspect fitness center and verify equipment is in place
- Ensure trash and recycle bins are not overflowing
