Job Description

The Lead Concierge plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of concierge services within a residential property community. This position is typically found in property management companies or upscale residential communities, where providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment are paramount. Job Duties

  • act as team leader for the onsite concierge staff
  • assist with scheduling work shifts and finding fill-ins for work shifts
  • assist with concierge onboard training
  • work with management to ensure homeowner vendors COI is confirmed
  • assist in updating homeowner contact information and creating staff login credentials in BuildingLink
  • maintain records of standard operating procedures to ensure team members have access to policies and procedures to the community
  • accept packages for residents
  • log receipt and delivery of all packages
  • contact homeowners immediately when packages are delivered
  • respond to or forward as appropriate and track all homeowner inquiries
  • complete building walking inspections daily and monitor building for cleanliness
  • notify community manager of issues needing their attention
  • distribute homeowner notices as needed
  • provide a daily summary of activities and issues, including daily logs and checklist notes
