Job Duties
- Accept packages for residents
- Log receipt and delivery of all packages
- Contact homeowners immediately when packages are delivered
- Respond to or forward all homeowner inquiries and track them
- Complete building walking inspections daily and monitor building for cleanliness
- Notify community manager of issues needing attention
- Distribute homeowner notices as needed
- Provide a daily summary of activities and issues including daily logs and checklist notes
- Report any light outages
- Ensure hallways are clear of debris and obstructions
- Inspect walls and carpets for damage or stains
- Inspect fitness center and verify equipment is in place
- Ensure trash and recycle bins are not overflowing
