Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry materials up to 20 pounds
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the designated pilot locations in Connecticut
- Flexibility to work varying shifts Sunday through Saturday between 9am and 6pm Eastern Time
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse community members
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or promotional roles preferred
- Passion for environmental sustainability and community engagement

Job Duties
- Actively promote CLYNK's brand and services at community events and Stop & Shop locations in Connecticut
- Clearly explain the program's benefits and communicate best practices to ensure a seamless user experience
- Assist customers in signing up for CLYNK accounts, providing step-by-step demonstrations on how the program works, including using the mobile app, kiosk and sustainability station
- Set up and manage promotional tables or booths during launch events, distribute marketing materials, and create an inviting atmosphere to engage with community members
- Gather insights and feedback from participants to help improve the deployment process and user experience
- Work closely with CLYNK staff, local retail partners and community organizations to coordinate promotional activities and ensure smooth service rollout
- Educate community on sustainability and recycling practices while showcasing how CLYNK's model supports these values
- Provide regular updates on event participation, customer interactions, and general feedback
