Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
  • utilize advanced knife skills for various food preparations, including chopping, slicing, dicing, and filleting to meet recipe requirements and ensure uniformity and quality
  • execute large-scale club orders for events, ensuring food is prepared to perfection and served on time
  • follow detailed recipes and adjust cooking methods based on dietary needs and client preferences
  • maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times to meet client and event specifications
  • ensure food safety standards are met by properly handling, storing, and cooking ingredients, following all sanitation practices, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • assist with the preparation and organization of ingredients and kitchen stations before events, ensuring that all necessary equipment and tools are in place
